Suggested Use: Take multiple dropperfuls daily or as needed. The herbs can be most effective when taken consistently and for a minimum of 30 days to "load" in the body. If you are a person who is struggling with acute stress and overwhelm it is recommended to take this as follows: 3-4 dropperfuls in morning and at night for 30 days, minimum. May add a third dose in afternoon if really needing relief and support.
Holistic suggestions: When working with stress and overwhelm it is important to give yourself AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep per day, 10 if you can swing it. Our bodies need deep rest to actually repair the tangible internal damage caused by stress. Drink lots of water, cut back on sugar/caffeine/alcohol intake and if it is comfortable, with one hand over your heart and eyes closed, take some deep, slowed, intentional breaths before you take your medicine. It can be a beautiful practice to assure your body that you are here for it, taking care of it, and listening to its needs.
